Right from the start
Tugging at my soul,
Way deep down in my heart.
God's Holy Spirit
He sent from above,
His Wisdom is shown
Through his gentle love.
God's pure love and grace,
Which has really set me free,
He will change the whole world,
Just you wait and see.
God gave his son life,
To spread the true word,
For redemption and salvation,
With miracles you've only heard.
God gave his only begotten son,
To die on that dreadful day,
To bear the burden of all our sins,
In a gracious and merciful way.
Just put your faith in Jesus,
The true word you should believe,
May you ask him for forgiveness,
For it's your soul he will relieve.

That is beautiful. I just have one question. How was it merciful and gracious the way He died? Hmm...
I'm teasing. I know what you meant, but others may not. Maybe you could try another group of verses to tell about His grace and mercy? :)
Was it not gracious and merciful that he put himself through that for us? Think about it. He had total power, he was very gracious and merciful to go through treacherous torments for all the people to know him and get them to believe in him. I know what your saying though. It was a horrible thing for him to be crucified, however, he knew long before hand what was going to happen to him. He did resurrect on the 3rd day just to prove a point to alot of people.
